Tammy A. Melnick serves as our Senior Real Estate Paralegal.  Tammy performs title examinations and administers our real estate closings.  Tammy has worked in the law firm setting on real estate matters for over 40 years.  Tammy is well known in the real estate community on a state-wide basis and works on an almost daily basis with counsel for the title insurance companies.  Tammy is well versed in all aspects of real estate closing, particularly those that include complex title issues, including titles with histories of foreclosure and tax deeds and is well-versed with the consumer TILD regulations.
